Figure 1 - Statistical reports summary

The reports that may be defined and edited from the Preferences window are only the statistical reports. The report templates (the printouts) for user and statistical reports are defined in the Report Templates of this manual.

Summary

  • New - adds new reports
  • Edit - edits the currently selected report
  • SQL - displays the SQL statement that is equivalent of the selected report
SQL Display

NOTE: This should be used by advanced users familiar with the intricancies of SQL.

The SQL statement is the question that the database server will receive. The answer to this question is then the report that will be displayed to the user. Users familiar with SQL may copy&paste this statement, modify it and execute to generate their own reports manually from the database.
